Main activites
For outstanding individuals, we offer an inspiring, entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment within a young team of highly experienced investment bankers. The position at our office in Frankfurt will focus primarily on supporting the execution of active M&A projects and providing assistance in sourcing new engagements. The Analyst will work closely with all levels within the firm and our network while executing a variety of projects across multiple sub-sectors and geographies.
The daily work will be highly diverse and will include:
- Working on live international M&A transactions and other corporate finance projects
- Preparing and participating in originating efforts
- Building financial and valuation models
- Researching companies and industries
Your Profile
- Professional, driven and outgoing personality with a genuine interest in the corporate finance and M&A advisory businesses
- Excellent academic track record and successful completion of a bachelor or master degree
- Work experience in Investment Banking, Consulting or Audit
- Strong analytical skills paired with advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Stress resilience, pro-active and a passion for excellence
- Team player able to work effectively in a team environment
- Fluency in German and English both spoken and written
